Our 6,400 sq. ft. centre is wheelchair accessible and includes shower facilities. We have a full line of equipment including: Treadmill, Elliptical, Rower, Bikes, Selector Machines, Free Weights, Dumbbells, Swiss Balls, Medicine Balls, and much more.
