The Canadian Diabetes Association is holding a FREE Cooking Symposium - "Momma's Meals (Minus Mom)" at Kingston Centre's Loblaws on January 17th, from 4:30-7:00pm. If you are between the AGES 18- 29 with  Type 1 or Type  2 diabetes, then this tasty event is for YOU!

LOCATION - UPSTAIRS at LOBLAWS in the Community Room, 1100 Princess St. Kingston. Doors open@4:30pm.
