Squat with Dumbell Trunk Rotation

This is a great exercise to build leg and shoulder strength, as well build rotational stability.

Instructions: 1. Hold a dumbell in each hand, or medicine ball between both hands in front of your body. 2. Perform a squat by keeping a tall posture with chest high, bend the knees and keep your heels planted on the ground. 3. Straighten legs and rotate the weight over one shoulder at the same time, rotating the trunk together in one fluid movement. 4. Lower the weight back in front of the torso and perform the squatting movement again. 5. Straighten the legs and rotate the weight over the opposite shoulder.
