
This exercise is designed to work the biceb brachii, brachioradialis and brachialis muscles of the upper arm. The equipment needed for this exercise is a resistance band.
Instructions: 1. Start by placing the midpoint of the band under your feet and holding the ends of the band in your hands. 3. There should be resistance on the band when your arms are fully extended 2. Slowly curl one arm up with your palms facing up and then slowly lower back to the starting position. repeat with the other arm.
