Activize Nutrition Services: Rates

Initial Assessment: The initial assessment is highly recommended and includes an in-depth analysis of the 4 cornerstones of health: Dietary Intake, Lifestyle Factors, Activity Level, and Physical Symptoms. Based on the results of these analyses, a report is prepared for you to help you achieve your health goals. Results and recommendations are discussed during the 1 hour session.

Cost: Only $125.00 plus GST  (60 minute session)

Follow Up Sessions: After the initial session, follow up sessions are recommended to track your progress and to make necessary adjustments where needed. These sessions can take place in person or over the phone.

Cost: Only $70.00 plus GST (60 minute session), Only $45.00 plus GST (30 minute session)

Question & Answer Sessions: If you are simply interested in asking questions regarding health and nutrition, question and answer sessions are available at the same price point as follow up session.

Sports Teams: Mariane Heroux also runs information seminars for small groups of athletes which focus on healthy eating for better sports performance and overall health and work.
