LHP Personal Training is dedicated to providing a comprehensive exercise program that motivates people of all ages and abilities. Because we view each client as a unique individual, we create an innovative personal program for every person we train.

Through ongoing study, we keep ourselves on the cutting edge of fitness philosophies and technologies and pass along information to our clients that will enhance and facilitate their workouts, maximize results, and promote better health.

We do everything possible to help each client achieve his or her personal health/fitness, post-rehabilitation, and/or athletic-performance goals though the utilization and application of systematic scientific principles.

Most people are aware of the benefits of a regular exercise program, but need direction, discipline and motivation to begin, or maintain one. Whether in-house or online, we have a package to meet your needs.

 

PERSONAL TRAINING: 

How much does training cost?

Our training price/session varies on what package is best designed to help you reach your goals. Some are looking for a program set up over a month period, and others are looking for a long term weight loss, fitness or sports specific program design. Regardless of your goals or time line we can help to accommodate you in various ways with your payments.

Our Personal Training Packages can offer you a start to help you reach the goals that you want and the health that your body needs.
   Bronze Package     $ 545 +HST
   -includes initial fitness assessment and 8 full hour personal training sessions over 2 months
   Silver Package       $ 725 +HST
   -includes initial fitness assessment and 12 full hour personal training sessions over 3 months
   Gold Package         $ 1265 +HST
   -includes initial fitness assessment and 24 full hour personal training sessions over 6 months

 

You can also make up your own package, that could be better suited to your fitness goals and needs.

60 min session

30 min session

1-10 sessions = $60 +HST

11-20 sessions = $55 +HST

21+ sessions = $50 +HST

1-10 sessions = $35 +HST

21+ sessions = $30 +HST

 

Do I need a membership as well?

If you are using our facility with your trainer or doing cardio before or after your session you do not need a membership. Membership is a separate service that allows you to use the gym on your own time. For information about our membership fees please contact our clinic at 613-389-2350.

Do I have a program to complete on my own?

Our focus as a company is to deliver a safe, effective, efficient and fun program that helps you reach your goals. These goals and definitions of "fun" are different for everyone. Some clients will require other days to workout and will have a program developed for them to complete solo workouts. This program may change weekly, or may stay the same over a few weeks; it is different for each individuals needs.  In the initial consult with your trainer, these goals and issues will be clarified.

GROUP PROGRAMS

BOOTCAMP:

LHP is proud to present a new option in fitness and training - Boot Camp! We design a boot camp styled training session at your pace. You and your friends train with our staff to meet your goals, whether they be muscle building, weight loss, strength, cardio, or core! Boot Camp includes the first session free, a free 1 month membership to our gym, multiple times/trainers, and much much more!

 

How much does LHP BootCamp cost?

Your first session is always FREE! Come and try us out before making a commitment. If you like us, then join up for more - and bring a friend because their first session will be free too!

After your first free session pricing is based on the number of sessions per week you would like to come for for a 4 week period. The pricing (for 4 weeks worth) is as follows:

4x/week = New Client $235 Returning Client $200.......... (16 sessions total)

3x/week = New Client $175 Returning Client $150.......... (12 sessions total)

2x/week = New Client $120 Returning Client $100.......... (8 sessions total)

1x/week = New Client $60 Returning Client $50............... (4 sessions total)

Drop in sessions = $15/session

 

Where and When???

We offer a variety of times and locations to allow you to find what works best around your daily schedule. While the weather is nice we take advantage of what the outdoors and fresh air has to offer - when the Winter comes, we move our boot camp indoors. So don't worry - we will be around all year long!

Wednesdays: 6:00 - 7:00 AM at Rotary Park         5:00 - 6:00 PM at Rotary Park

Do these time/days not work for you? Do you have a group of 5 or more people that would like their own bootcamp focus? Never fear, you can CREATE YOUR OWN BOOTCAMP! Just call or e-mail us with a time, day, and focus, and we can work on creating your own specific bootcamp!

Health Rehab Programs

SWEET SUCCESS: Diabetes Prevention/Weight Loss

Physiotherapist supervised diabetes prevention and weight loss programs are now offered to assist patients in managing or preventing the onset of Type II diabetes.  The program includes an initial and final fitness assessment, group exercise 3 times a week, information from the Diabetes Canada, free gym membership, goals and lifestyle counselling, and a pedometer. The program runs for 12 weeks, with a continuous intake and may qualify for funding under extended health benefits programs.

Class times: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday mornings from 9:15-10:15am.

Program Instuctor/Coordinator: Justin Moore (KIN)

 

 

HEART STRONG: Post-Cardiac Rehabilitation Program

 The program will include an initial and final fitness assessment from a kinesiologist, structured group exercise 3 times a week, goals and lifestyle counselling, free gym membership, and a pedometer. The program will run for 12 week blocks and include a continuous intake process so you can join at any time. Funding may be available through your extended health benefits or long term disability benefits.

Class times: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00-9:00am, 1:30-2:30pm

Cost is $200.00 (incl. HST) for a 3 month program
