Sports Training:

Sports training can be most beneficial in a variety of options. We offer every option to suit your needs including:

  1. One to One personal training
  2. Small group training
  3. Whole team training

An individual or group exercise program designed to provide young and young at heart athletes an opportunity to learn exercises that will enhance their sports performance. Teams can work together to develop skills that will carry over into their sport and individuals can learn exercises to provide challenging workouts that promote the development of skills that will improve performance.

This program will allow young athletes to develop skills, which will have benefits for every sport that they participate in. The program is taught by a Kinesiologist and experienced personal trainers. Sessions can be run from our facility at 541 Days Rd, or at an alternate location of your choice. A great addition to the training program for sports teams or individual athletes.
